It’s been a very good earnings run for us, and we’ve had notable successes including MSFT, AMZN, GOOG, XOM and CVX. And then yesterday FB also did what it was supposed to do and gapped up nicely after a persistent positive OVI pre-earnings!
There’s a decent chance that some of these will now morph into my other excellent earnings tactic, the Post Earnings OVI Gap Up and Flag. This will give us another bite at the cherry, and also confirms earnings as an excellent time to spot good trades using solid OVI principles.
Of course the pre-earnings strategy is more daring, and therefore requires careful allocation. HD is reporting on 17th November and looks a decent proposition according to our parameters. It’s all in today’s video below.
