For weeks I’ve been warning of increased volatilty being on its way … And here it is!
The catalyst was the threat of 100% tarriff on Chinese imports. And the most vulnerable stocks were those which were overbought, as well as those that are perceived to be in the firing line of President Trump’s Tarriffs.

After showing remarkable resilience over the past few weeks, the markets finally wobbled from their overbought positions, and there’s likely to be more downside to come over the medium term.

Today I’ve looked at some overbought issues for reversals, as well as consolidations near the Key Levels .
My goto playbook is OVI, near Key Levels, Shrinking Retracements, and a consolidation/sideways move. The other two Big Money Footprints are highly desirable but those four are essential to me! With my new VIP filters, I’m also now looking more at overbought and oversold issues.
