During the last week or so I mentioned signs of life and the post earnings gap up.
The signs of life materialized into breakouts, and several of the post earnings gap-and-flag patterns that I mentioned have also broken out.
So today I’m expanding on these themes because it’s important that you can see the markets with my pair of eyes. I do not clutter my charts or my thinking. I know with the confidence of independent testing that the OVI gives me a significant statistical advantage that over time has, does and is likely to continue making me money. So with the stats in my favour, I don’t need clutter. What we all need is clarity, and that’s what the OVI, combined with a couple of patterns gives us.
