So EVHC really was a strange one!
It was bought out but the premium was minimal as the rumour was already out.
This is unusual and highlights the value of our approach with the OVI. Because in the vast majority of cases, the rumours are not in the public domain at the time of an announcement, meaning that most of the time we do get to profit from the uplift.
