We’re just two weeks away from the next earnings season!

Right now we’re in something of a holding pattern, awaiting our favourite setups to form, but there are still a few nuggets that I’ve included in today’s OVI Market Review, so do take the time to watch the video and add to your watch list.

Do be aware that while there will always be something that looks interesting, your best success will typically from what what we call our “AAA” OVI trade setups.

This means an unambiguously attractive OVI, chart setup and clear breakout zone.  If you don’t have those, plus a reasonably attractive broader market picture, then you will be veering into a less probable trade.

Of course there are plenty of so-so setups that turn out to be winners, but remember we’re playing a numbers game here, and for us that means clear, clean OVI setups, of which there will also be plenty over the course of a year.
