Hi Everyone
Just a quick update this time as I’m travelling on business.
We’ve had an extraordinary record with the OVI showing us the way of the markets well in advance of the big moves that have characterised the last few weeks.
The OVI remains negative on the main indices but the QQQQ (Nasdaq) flirted with positive territory on Friday, and was only just negative on Tuesday.
GS too is only just negative and with a strong day today, who knows, it could pop into positive territory.
Now, before we get all excited about that we do have to stick to our principles of trading a properly formed breakout pattern such as a flag or well-defined channel of support and resistance.
I’ll write a fuller update with charts next week.
