Our Market Timing has been impeccible over the past few weeks, and forms one of the big takeaways that punctuates our successful methodology. The Markets …
So, the markets didn’t like the Fed’s announcement on Wednesday, and pulled back violently from overbought levels.
Such was the ferocity of the pullback that by Friday the markets looked short-term oversold, and the selling frenzy settled down.

Market Outlook:
Our market commentary continues to be outstanding. Mastering market timing enables you to swim WITH the tide at the right time.
In light of a scarcity of plum setups, last week I urged caution and patience, which was well rewarded.
It’s too early to be absolutely sure, but the two possible outcomes from here are either a sharp rebound back up, or a Waterfall resuming the recent downward momentum. We need a couple more bars to get a clearer picture.
In the meantime, there are decent setups in both directions, and if you do take any of them, be sure to protect profits early.

Market Timers:

Bearish and oversold. - The Main Indices:
The OVIs for the three big indices are all marginally red, and more compellingly so for the IWM which really tipped its hat to us last week.
Stock Selection:
Today, there are more Big Money Footprint setups forming near our favoured Key Levels, which suits me perfectly. But the direction isn’t totally clear yet, so a bit of caution is required and I’ve also taken account of the most recent bars’ momentum.
The key to consisency is to pick your playbook and stick to the best quality setups that conform to it.
My playbook is OVI, near Key Levels, Shrinking Retracements, and a consolidation/sideways move. The other two Big Money Footprints are highly desirable but those four are essential to me! With my new VIP filters, I’m also now looking more at overbought and oversold issues.
