Earnings season is pretty much over now, the OVI is negative on all indices, and bearish patterns are in the ascendancy.
There have been some fantastic bear flags recently that many of us have prospered from and I’m expecting more of the same in the coming weeks.
Be aware of the signs and only trade what you see. Remember, having an opinion can be very expensive! Right now we have bearish patterns and a lot of liquid stocks exhibiting a bearish OVI.
With the right trading plan you’ll prosper as the market moves, and not get hurt if the market dithers.
